These terms apply when you use designsbylorettadawn.com or buy from Designs by Loretta Dawn, a business of Loretta's Creations, a sole proprietorship in Maurertown, Virginia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

  • Every item is designed and made by hand, so colors, sizes and details may vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece.
  • Beaded flower bouquets, keychains and magnets are sold as a mystery assortment. Color requests left at checkout are welcome but not guaranteed.
  • Our stickers are waterproof, dishwasher safe and car wash safe when applied to a clean, smooth surface. Results on textured or curved surfaces may vary.
  • Keychains and small beaded items contain small parts and are not intended for young children.

Pricing And Payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order with a pricing or listing error, or one we believe is fraudulent.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email. We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Our Designs

All original artwork, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Designs by Loretta Dawn. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs without written permission. Purchasing a sticker gives you the right to use that sticker, not to reproduce the design.

If you submit a review or message, you agree it may be displayed on our site and social media. Please keep it honest and respectful.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Shenandoah County, Virginia.
