Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
- Stickers, scrunchies and key fob wristlets ship within 1–3 business days.
- Beaded flower bouquets, keychains and magnets are handmade and ship within 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons and market weekends, processing may take a few extra days.
Shipping Methods And Rates
- Stickers ship in a protective rigid envelope with USPS.
- Scrunchies, wristlets and beaded bouquets ship in a padded box with USPS Ground Advantage so the glass vases arrive safely.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart.
Delivery Times
Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
Tracking
Orders shipped with tracking get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Sticker-only envelope orders may not include tracking.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim with USPS. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Damaged In Transit
If something arrives broken, see our Refund and Return Policy. We'll replace it.
